Photos:

Choose one or more areas (no need to photograph the entire face) before applying the tape.
Take photos of the area(s) with good lighting, avoiding harsh shadows.
Perform the preparatory massage of the area(s).
Apply the tapes as usual; no more than 8 hours for all muscle applications, no more than 4 hours for lymphatic drainage application.
After the tape wearing time is over, remove it and take another photo of the same area from the exact same angle and lighting, avoiding harsh shadows.
